Defective-item replacements

We offer replacements for defective items only. Report a defect within 2 days of delivery.

How to request a replacement

Contact us on WhatsApp at 0315-0035853 or email info@gulshanefashion.com with your order number and a description of the defect. Include clear photos or a short video so our team can review the issue.

Please contact us before sending an item back. Our team will provide the return instructions and arrange the replacement after reviewing the defect.

Exchange courier costs

If the item is defective and the issue is on our side, Gulshan-e-Fashion covers the courier costs for the exchange, including return delivery and delivery of the replacement.

Refunds and other returns

We do not offer refunds or change-of-mind returns. This replacement policy applies to defective items reported within the 2-day window.
